The Serradei farm has its cultivations in the north of Salento between Lecce and Brindisi, in a particular area dedicated to agriculture above all to the production of high quality oil and wine. Our olive trees as~ beautiful as sculptures twisted by wind and weather, which often brings the scent of the sea, are our passion, how don't falling in love with them?

It's for this love we have for this wonderful and welcoming land which hosts them, that we started to produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, although in very limited quantities in order to follow all stages of production so absolutely correct: and it's the quality the most important aspect which inspired our passion in becoming oil producer.

Oil is the result of a generous climate, but also of a hard work and devotion from those who, with love and respect, cultivate and care these authentic monuments of nature. The scents are fine and elegant, they express clear the leaf with hints of nettle, horseradish and stimulations of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is powerful and enveloping, characterized by tones of artichoke, wild thistle and chicory, enriched by bitter and spicy notes in perfect balance, with a strong persistence of fruii.
